How to Get Rid of Soreness
That wonderful amazing feeling of soreness! Sucks when you actually have to make violent movements like getting into your bed or rising from a chair. Or worse. Sitting in one.
So here are some helpful tips on how to ease the pain!
1. Warm up Cool Down!
Always remember to cool down and warm up before and after you exercise by stretching!

Apple Cinnamon Dessert

Ingredients
Water, apple (small), cinnamon grounds, lemon juice, Sweet’N Low
Put water in a pot
Remove apple skin and slice into thin pieces
Bring water to boil and add a bit of lemon juice
Add your sliced apple, a packet of Sweet’N low sweetener and cinnamon grounds
Let it boil until apples are soft or ready to your liking
Simple, yet oh so good.
